Key Responsibilities

• Work across multiple cinema functions, including cashier at box office/catering sales, collections, cinema assistant, waiter, or popper.
• Maintain knowledge of Ster-Kinekor products and promotions to assist in upselling.
• Ensure presentation standards are met, including age restrictions, synopses, posters, and F&B displays.
• Prepare popcorn, slush, and other products according to quality standards and report deviations.
• Assist in shift preparation and support various operational areas as required.
• Maintain product quality and integrity to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Keep kitchen, equipment, and surrounding areas clean and organized.
• Properly seal, package, and store prepared products.
• Submit health and safety reports according to required schedules.
• Adhere to uniform and preparation standards to ensure personal and team safety.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate.
• 0–1 year work experience in a similar role.
• Basic MS Office Suite knowledge.
