Sterns is seeking energetic and confident Sales Associates for its Canal Walk store in Western Cape. Key Responsibilities

• Act as an ambassador for the Sterns brand and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Exceed customer expectations by identifying needs and providing effective solutions
• Monitor and track personal sales performance against targets
• Sell a diverse product range while staying up to date with décor and fashion trends
• Identify opportunities to generate new sales
• Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always customer-ready

Qualifications & Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Previous retail experience is advantageous but not essential
