HaveYouHeard is a dynamic marketing agency that specialises in word of mouth, digital/social and research. We are the market leader in word of mouth marketing and we work across a number of industries with clients in the pharmaceutical, alcohol and FMCG industries. The clients we work with are based nationally as well as internationally.
Job duties and responsibilities:
The office administrator is responsible for organising and coordinating office operations and procedures in order to ensure organisational effectiveness and efficiency.
The position will report into the company’s group director.
Please note that your own transport will be required for this role.
Responsibilities and tasks include but are not limited to:
– Implement office standards, operations and procedures
– Manage and supervise office staff
– Maintain office equipment
– Problem solve issues as and when they arise (internet/phone problems)
– Answering the phone
– Greeting clients and guests on arrival
– Booking and managing of the meeting rooms
– Signing for and managing of stock delivery and collection
– Managing the store room
– Purchasing and maintaining of office supplies (stationery, grocery’s)
– Organising office get togethers and weekly lunch delivery
– Company Facebook management
– General and other office tasks.
– Directors Diary management
– Account support

Advantageous
You should be:
– Diploma/degree or relevant experience in office management, administration or any other related field.
– Proficient in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, internet, Google Apps for business
– Fluent in English
