Lerato Kganyago Reveals The 3 Important Lessons She Learnt On Soweto TV

In 2005, TV and Radio personality Lerato Kganyago was crowned Miss Soweto. She reportedly spent sometime on Jozi FM alongside DJ Hluks and had her earliest television appearance on the Phat Joe Show an actress on filmed comedy skits. In 2008 she began hosting her own show, The LKG Show on Soweto TV, a Gauteng province community television station. Today, Miss Kganyago is one of Mzansi’s most successful TV and radio presenters. Well done to her!

A few days ago, Miss Kganyago shared the three lessons she learned at the time she was a presenter on Soweto.

“Soweto TV taught me: 1. Don’t discredit anyone that might be doing better than you. 2. Be Patient 3. Stay in your lane. Your time WILL come”, she tweeted.

That’s right, Lerato Kganyago did learn a lot and this goes without saying, “patience is virtue”. Well, who would have imagined that Kganyago was a flight attendant for SA Express for four years before Soweto TV?
