Position: admin clerk/postman
Purpose of the job: to provide all round support and postal service to the admin department.
Main responsibilities
- To receive and distribute papers, both external and internal.
- To cut tear sheets and attach them to invoices, fold and dispatch.
- To be responsible for all postage and franking machine plus mail sorting.
- To assist and liaise with internal and external clients.
- To double check daily work.
Minimum requirements:
- Matric qualification
- At least one year experience in an office admin environment
Core competencies required
Knowledge:
- Fair command of the English language.
- One year in the media industry an advantage.
Skills:
- Good communication skills.
- Computer literate – MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook/Web Mail and Internet Explorer).
Attitude:
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- People’s person.
- Hands on
