Sales Administrator Wanted At Kalk Bay Foods

Job description

Responsibilities will include

  • Assist the account executive with admin, e.g. print invoices, filing, check invoices against shipping docs, update completed orders list
  • Assist with the daily running of local clients e.g. load sales orders, print picking slips, check stock prepped for dispatch, report on forecast stock supply levels
  • Loading and editing jobs for production
  • Assist with maintaining sample supply availability
  • Managing sales orders
  • Maintaining consignment stock
  • Checking shipping documents
  • Basic invoicing
  • Filing
  • Gathering samples
  • Data capture
  • Assisting in monthly stock take

To qualify for this position you will require the following

  • Grade 12 (matric)
  • Computer literate
  • The ability to work in a highly pressurised environment
  • Meticulous, flexible, good numeric skills and attention to detail
  • A sharp mind and enthusiastic attitude
  • Dependability and reliable
  • Previous sales/logistics admin experience
  • Experience in Syspro
  • Valid drivers licence

Required experience

  • MS Office, administration, logistics – at least one year
Remuneration: R6000 per month Cost to company
