“Being A Black Producer Is Not Easy”- Shona Ferguson Calls For Respect

Actor and television mogul has urged fans and supporters to respect black producers like they respect white producers. The actor said in post that he just wants to make good TV but it is hard to do that as being a black producer is not quite easy. He went on to say that white producers are never disrespected by black people

“You work hard to continue to the industry & grow it but it’s the very people that give these opportunities to that spit in your face” Ferguson added. He went on to say that people should be careful of how the treat other people and of course how they behave. “When you are out of work tomorrow just know that it’s all on you” he said.

It is clear that Mr Ferguson has had it with people treating other people badly. However, he concluded by saying that he will always find a way and strength to continue
