Job description
Outbound call centre agent to interact by phone conducting telephone surveys or interviews.
Collect data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, buying habits and factors affecting product demand.

Requirements
- High school diploma/certificate or equivalent (grade 12/matric)
- Proficient in relevant computer applications and call centre systems
- Good typing skills – minimum 30 words per minute
- Excellent listening skills
- Proven track record
- Excellent listening skills
- Be able to speak at least two South African languages. English (read and write) by default and one other South African language
- Outstanding communication skills, persuasiveness, adaptability, initiative, judgment, voice skills, tenaciousness, resilience, negotiation skills, work under pressure, high energy level, data entry skills
Advantageous
- Additional languages (not listed above)
- Experience in market research, marketing or data base administration
