5 Steps To Staying Cool and Fresh This Summer

Summer is time when you feel hot, uncomfortable and sweaty. Now, compared to winter when you your makeup stays intact from morning to evening, summers are a little difficult to manage. And if you like to stay fresh all day, then the heat of the summer poses a real challenge to you. What you can do is use these tips to feel fresh in summer.

Try to use the following tips to feel fresh in summer and stay comfortable in this heat…..

1. Bathe In The Morning- Always bathe in the morning throughout summer. In summer, you sweat at night and an early morning bath helps you feel fresh. It also helps you cool down for a hot day ahead.

2. Use Fragrant Soaps- You can experiment with perfumed soaps in summer. As there are less chances of your skin getting dry, be generous with soaps and bathing gels.

3. Bathe In The Evening- When it is really hot, you can bathe twice a day. Bathing in the evening helps you get refreshed for the night after facing the heat of the day.

4. For your skin- A bottle of water is very important for your skin. No, it’s not to wash your face, but, for drinking. Make sure you’re consuming atleast 2 bottles of water everyday. The more the better.

5. Wear Cotton Clothes- Cotton is your best bet to face the tropical Indian summer. Don’t wear heavy silks or synthetic garments in this heat.
