Shudufhadzo Musida Launches New Online Mental Health Initiative

Shudufhadzo Musida Launches New Online Mental Health Initiative. A few weeks ago, she was dragged on social media for constantly posting sexy bikini pictures. Many compared Shudufhado Musida to former Miss SA and reigning Miss Universe, Zozibini Tuzi over the kind of content they share online. Shudu has just humbled those who said ever since her crowing, she hasn’t done any project to reach out for the less privileged.
When she was contesting for the Miss SA title back in October 2020, Shudufhadzo mentioned that she would love to start a movement on mental health issues. Today, (Monday 08 2021) the reigning Miss SA queen is launching her online mental health initiative #MindfulMondays. For this initiative, Shudufhadzo will work hand in hand with the South African Depression and Anxiety Group.
“As I mentioned on the final night of Miss SA that I would like to start a mindful movement. One that aims to inform how we as society view mental health and de-stigmatising it, Shudu said.
The Mindful Mondays will see Shudu speak to various experts on a diverse range of topics related to the subject on Instagram on Monday evenings at 19h00. Her first guest will be Clinical Psychologist and SADAG Board Member Zamo Mbele whose conversation focuses on mental health. This initiative will come in handy for Shudu, who is set to represent us at Miss World pageant.
