PRIME PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
To assist with the Phyto data process.
KEY RESULT AREAS
Essential duties and responsibilities include the following:
- Document retrieval from electronic and physical filing system
- Filing of documents (intakes and dispatches)
- Verify physical documents (intake and dispatches) against electronic reports
- Record keeping of assigned tasks
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Matric or equivalent
- Administration Diploma would be advantageous
- Computer literacy – experience in MS Office [Word, Excel]
- Knowledge of EDI system advantageous
- Experience in process driven performance advantageous
KEY COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
- Knowledge of administration
- Ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
- Analytical and problem solving skills
- Attention to detail
- Flexible with time management skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
