Winnie Ntshaba Excites Viewers With Her Iconic Line As She Takes On the Role of Khethiwe. The evening that many Generations: The Legacy viewers have been waiting for, finally arrived. One of the soapies’ most loved characters Khethiwe Buthelezi, landed. We all can’t wait to see how Khethiwe is going to fit in the current storyline as a lot has changed. But one thing for sure, she is still as iconic as ever.
From Rags to Riches
Back in 2005, Khethiwe arrived in the scene as a maid to Tau Mogale’s family. She was a timid, naive and conservative village girl who didn’t know much about city life. In time Khethiwe defied the odds to climb the ranks and become a successful, glamorous and confident entrepreneur and the face of La Chocolata.
The Big Return
Khethiwe returns to “Generations: The Legacy,” still ambitious and driven, but at a difficult point in her life. The money she received following Khaphela’s death is almost gone, while Sara has taken her child. Desperate to rebuild her life, Khethiwe reaches out to an old friend for help. However, her plans quickly unravel.
Still Iconic
The first words that came out of Khethiwe’s mouth will forever be goated. Upon meeting up with Tau, she said the famous line, Sawubona Bhut’Tau. This has viewers all excited, and can’t wait for what lies ahead for the two. Khethiwe is played by legendary actress Winnie Ntshaba, who is equally excited for being called back.
