With just A few years of experience under his belt. Mbulelo Ndlazilwana is quickly making a mark in the acting industry and his following is growing more each day. He had a part in Home Affairs as “Lebo”, in Shreds and Dream as “Nkanyiso”, in Generations as “Jigga” , he now plats ‘Scelo’ in etv’s popular soapie Scandal. You’ve seen him do his thing and there’s no doubt that this young star is here to stay.

Here are 10 things you probably didn’t know about Mbulelo.

1. Mbulelo’s acting career started in 2004, when his grandparents (Geoffrey Mbenge and Francis) introduced it to him. From then on, he fell in love with it.

2. He enjoys sports like athletics, swimming and he loves music very much.

3. He says one of the best actor he’s worked with is Sello Maake Ka Ncube and hs favourite actor in Mzansi in Menzi Ngubane. His favourite actor internationally is Denzel Washington and Will Smith.

4. Mbulelo has appeared in several commercials, for clients such as ARA (Industry Association for Responsible Alcohol Abuse), the Maize Trust, Old Mutual and Indomie Noodles.

5.  His big break came in 2005, when he was part of an Nigerian advert for Indomin Noodles.

6. His dream car is Range Rover Sport, 2008 Model, in black with 20inch mags.

7. His favourite soccer team is Real Madrid.

8. His favourite quote is , “Do your best and let God do the rest”

9. His grandmother is actress Francis Ndlzilwana , who appeared in the productions After Nine and 4Play: Sex Tips for Girls.  In 2015 she had a guest starring role on the e.tv soapie Scandal!.

10. Mbulelo’s message to young, aspiring actors and actresses out there is to always do your best, be prepared to work hard and most of all, be patient because this industry is tough.
