1. Eat more protein

Protein is extremely important for stronger hair. If  you include enough protein in the form of eggs, pork , beef, cheese and chicken, you will notice a difference in mere 6 weeks.

2. Drink plenty of water

A dehydrated body will never supply enough nutrition to your body, let alone you hair. Water helps to get rid of dry and weak hair. So you need to have a good balanced diet and lots of water.

3. Try an egg or milk treatment

Soak your hair in full-fat milk for around 2-3 hours. You can also take an egg and whip it well. Apply it on your hair and leave it on for about 2-3 hours. Simply rinse your hair thoroughly after these treatments. You need not even use conditioner. Try this twice a week for best results. This is a strong protein treatment for hair.

4. Be gentle with your hair.

Making tight braids and pony tails or pulling your hair can cause hair loss  called Traction Alopecia  and therefore, should be avoided. When you comb your hair, always use a wide toothed comb. Application of heat on hair through blow drying, ironing or rebonding can damage it, leading to hair fall.

5. Use an essential oil massage

Mix together four teaspoons of grapeseed oil, two drops of thyme and cedarwood oil, half a teaspoon of jojoba oil and three drops each of lavender oil and rosemary oil. Together this magical essential oil mix should be gently massaged onto your scalp. Once you are done with the massage, just cover your head using a towel for exactly 10 minutes before you shower. This mix is medicinal and helps strengthen your hair follicles; repairing weak strands from within.
