Skeem Saam Promises More Drama As Ivy Kgomo Returns. Once a character returns to Skeem Saam, we all know that we are about to be served a hot storyline. One can think of the return of Rachel Kunutu a couple of months ago. She arrived from oversees as a drug mule, transporting illegal drugs. By so doing, Rachel put her life,and that of her family in serious danger.
Now there is another character from Skeem Saam making a come back. After years of not seeing Ivy Kgomo in our screens, she has just landed in Turfloop,and hell is about to break loose. Two years back, Mrs Kgomo (Molobane Mbatha) discovered that her husband Obed Kgomo was cheating. The perfect family that they built shattered and what was even more sad, Mr Kgomo went on to marry his mistress Melita.
Stress got the better of Ivy, and everything in her life seemed to fall apart. She got involved in a mess, trying to conceal her son’s Paxton Kgomo’s involvement in Smaki’s missing. Smaki’s father Felix Gopane (played by Warren Masemola) caused havoc in the streets of Turfloop, wanting information about his son’s whereabouts. He went in hard on Ivy, who then went missing. Her family moved on, adjusting to life without her.
Now Ivy is back, and viewers can’t wait to see where she was. What is noticeable though is that life hasn’t been easy on her, and she appears to be a hobo. Announcing her return, Skeem Saam shared on their social media platforms that drama is about to unfold.
