Luyanda Zuma Gets to Work On Her Miss SA Mandate With This New Ambassadorship Gig

Luyanda Zuma Gets to Work On Her Miss SA Mandate With This New Ambassadorship Gig. When she entered the Miss South Africa pageant, has always been clear about advocating for young people. How cool is it that her job will now get better, thanks to her new ambassadorship gig!

The Miss South Africa 2025 1st princess and actress has just been announced as the ambassador for the Women African Tourism Board. With this gig Luyanda will see to it that opportunities are created for young people.

I’ve always vowed to use my voice for the betterment of the youth of this continent, and it’s beautiful to see that vision materializing in such meaningful ways.

I’m deeply honored to serve as the first Goodwill Ambassador for the @womenafricantourismboard , a platform committed to ensuring that women across Africa are empowered, represented, and able to lead within our tourism economy while building meaningful partnerships for inclusive growth.
Through the work i continue to do with EYA, the focus has always been to use My platform on a larger scale across Africa to create opportunities for young people and strengthen communities. This role allows me to do just that.

I’m especially excited to be part of the “Balance the Scale” 5km Walk , For Her Health, Her Wealth and Her Voice, and to support the upcoming Women Community Empowerment Fund.

Africa Month will also take us to the global stage at the Cannes Film Festival, highlighting the powerful connection between storytelling, filmmaking and tourism through CineTourism , showcasing the beauty, culture and opportunity that Africa offers the world.

We’ll then close Africa Month in Abuja, Nigeria at the WATB Women in Leadership and Investment Summit, bringing together leaders from across the continent to advance dialogue around leadership, partnership and investment in Africa’s tourism economy.

I’m incredibly excited for the journey ahead and can’t wait to connect with the beautiful people of this continent and across the world. I’ve got some exciting travels planned and will definitely be sharing them soon.
Together, we are shaping the future of African tourism. 🌍✨
