Sanlam: Agent Opportunities 2015

Sanlam in Bellville, Cape Town is looking for 8 candidates who will become the company’s Mail Distribution Agents, but the candidates they will only be appointed only if they will meet the requirements of this opportunity. The main purpose of this positions to the 8 applicants that they will successfully be appointed is to process all incoming correspondence, handling of exceptions and to refer mail to the correct business areas.

Requirements:

Matric/Grade 12

1-2 years working experience in an administrative role

Ability to communicate English, Afrikaans and an African Language (e.g. isiXhosa or isiZulu, or Sotho etc.)

Must have working knowledge regarding the use of computers (computer literacy

Duties

Processing of incoming correspondence.

Handling of exceptions.

Policy identification.

Refer mail to the correct business areas.
