Dumi Mkokstad is no stranger to the music industry. He is one of the most best selling gospel musicians in South Africa and at only age 24 , one of his accolades include reaching gold status for his self titled album “Dumi Mkokstad” which he released in 2003. The album earned him thousands of fans from all walks of life. Dumi Mkokstad, whose real name is Mdumiseni Nzimande , is one of the youngest gospel talents in the country.
His musical career started at the age of nine when he was singing with his father, two brothers and sisters at the openings of stores and at funerals in his hometown of Mount Ailif in Kokstad. It was at one of these funerals that Dumi was discovered by a local producer.
This talented young man is growing up and is still continuing spreading the christian message. We know that he is only 24 years old but hey , perhaps you might be wondering who the gentleman is dating. Lets be honest, Mkokstad has grown up to be a handsome man. Haven’t you noticed?
