Duties & Responsibilities Sales
•Effective sales coordination
•Drive dynamic sales team culture and image
•Management of: Order accuracy, Credit status and release; Discount tables and pricing; New business development & basket growth; New client leads communicated effectively; Promotions; Equipment management and asset disposal procedure
•MIS – management information systems “required”; Monthly, quarterly and adhoc reporting; Proposals, templates to support sales, internal & external agents
•Information communication and education – Product; Equipment; Systems
CIRO Technical
•Client advice and assistance telephonically – e-mail or fax
•General liaison with technical department
Marketing
•Sample stock management
•POS material management and support
•New Product launch communication and support
Financial
•Effective management and control of samples account
•admin and general office expenditure
•accounts payable
•purchase orders
Logistics & Procurement
•Accurate management of product forecast
•Drive Procurement efficiencies
•Communication & action plans with stock outs
•Management of slow stock and best by dates – SAP batch management
Accounts Receivable – management
• manage international book
•communication of credit hold
•credit release
•credit limits
•credit applications
CIRO Distribution
•Daily liaison on orders consolidated between Technical and Product Warehouses
•Manage International Tracking report posted
•Monthly DC meetings
•Proactive action plans put in place

Experience Required •At least 3 years’ experience in Food Service Industry, preferably sales
•At least 3 years Call Centre experience is essential
Minimum Qualifications Required •Matric
•Tertiary qualification in Sales / Marketing will be advantageous
Knowledge Required •Systems: SAP, Powerplay, PowerPoint
•Knowledge of Call Centre Operations and Accounts Receivable
