The Miss Congo SA

How would you describe your personality?

Uhm ok, where do I start, I love to laugh, I can even do it all day if I’m given the chance to, LOL! I am a loud, outspoken and easy going person.I love adventure and enthusiastic about exploring new places and meeting new people. I am always up for a challenge, energetic and active person. Under all, I am a simple person with simple and clear ambitions that is to finish my degree in BAdmin Public Management, have a good family and to be of service to my fellowmen. I am an optimistic person. I look at things in the positive way, thinking that the glass is half-full and not half-empty. Expecting greatness out of live

What is something that you have done, that you will never do again?

First I’d like to start off by saying that every experience, no matter whether it is, good or bad, you’ll learn from it. That’s just life, but something I’ve done that I’ve probably not do again, is bungee jumping at the Orlando Towers. Doing it scared the freak out of me and it was part of the experience from the competition but I will not do it again.

If there would be no rules in your life in one day, and you could do something outrageous what would it be and why?

I would eat everything. You don’t understand. I will eat everything twice. LOL! And of course shop until I do not need clothes anymore

What is the essence of being a woman?

Just being a woman is God’s gift that all of us must appreciate. The origin of a child is a mother, and is a woman. She shows a man what sharing, caring and loving is all about. The essence of being a woman constitutes cleanliness of body and spirit, pureness of heart and soul and goodness actions and deeds. That is the essence of a woman.

Who is the most influential person in your life?

The most influential person in my life would have to be my mother. My mother is what I actually want to be in the future; she is has a big heart, kind, courageous, strong, woman of virtue, compassionate and a true epitome of a Christ-like mother. She is a paragon of perfection. I am searching for the right words to describe her at the moment but words are just not enough. She is an inspiration and blessing to me and to those who know her.

What is your edge over the others as a contestants?

My edge over the others as a contestants in this beauty pageant would have to be my smile *cheese* LOL! The other factor would have to be my confidence and my convincing aura of African beauty that I can use to persuade and influence other people to become responsive and helpful to the needy as I perform my duty as an ambassador of goodwill. In that way my edge way, my edge will not only be a great help for me to win the pageant but will also be a great way to achieve my goal in helping people in a wider range.

What is your philosophy or value that you hold dearest in life?

My philosophy in life is to stay morally upright despite the prevalent immoral acts in our society; to respect and gain respect; to become a friend to everyone and to help other people. With that, I will be presentable into the eyes of my friends, my family and especially God.

What is your favourite body part?

The favourite body part is my hands because this is the most important. It is also the primary body part that I use to help someone and to work toward the accomplishment of my goals.

If you do not make it to this contest, what would you do?

If I do not make it to the contest, I will pursue harder to achieve my dreams and will continue improving myself and became an inspiration and an epitome of a person perfecting herself by welcoming all opportunities and challenges that comes my way.

If God will grant you one wish, what would it be?

If God will grant me one wish, I wish to God that from now on, no one in this world should ever be hungry because of being financially deprived. It is an awful fact to accept that the world has been busy in its luxurious living while hundreds and thousands beggars tonight are still out there on the cold grounds waiting for alms. I would like to make a wish for the betterment of all humanity. All I wish for is just one simple word- UNDERSTANDING. Even with all the conflicts that the human race have experienced, if we only had complete understanding of each other’s feelings and needs, then I’m sure that we’ll be able to attain the one thing that has eluded us ever since: Eternal and World Peace. If God would grant me a wish, I would gladly become an instrument of God to bring change and peace in this world. Let us look around: we see nothing but evil, suffering, grief and sadness. This is not what the Lord wants. Thus I would wish for myself to become His tool- a epitome of change in order to help the people change and I believe with His will and guidance, change is within our grasp.

Have you entered any beauty pageant before?

No, this is my first time entering a beauty pageant. Though I entered the pageant clueless and I had no idea what I got myself into, I am learning and empowering myself through the beautiful experience and enjoying every challenge the competition throws at me.

What will be your role if you do win the pageant?

If I had to win this amazing life changing pageant, I am sure that my role would be to provide help to those who very much in need. It is important too, to set myself as good example to the young people and to the whole community as well as by showing to them how a good citizen should act and strive not only for herself but to help the community grow as well. I believe that a strong community is the building block of a strong country. There is no other way to build this nation but to start the change from among ourselves. Among these things would be, becoming an ambassador of goodwill to others, to be a role model of faith and good works, to be a portrait of calm and peaceful thinking and action, and last but not the least, an epitome of change- symbolizing the will of God for each and every one of us. I understand that along with the prize and glamour, there comes a responsibility to be a good role model and exemplary leader to the Congolese youth and a responsibility to myself to contribute or play a significant
