Toya Delazy
It’s been two years since the release of her debut album Due Drop. The BET nominee had a chat with GLAMOUR about what we can expect to hear on the second album. ‘I’m producing an album that’s going to be fueled with my energy. Now that I’ve gotten into producing, I can put the music down easily on my own the moment I feel it. Whether I’m in the plane or on the side of the curb in Bangkok, if I feel the moment to write, I switch Cubase on and tell my story. The songs on this album are all from personal experiences and let me tell you, it’s been one hell of a journey!’
Jimmy Nevis
The Balloon singer has been rather coy about his second studio album. When quizzed about what fans can expect from this upcoming album the 21 year-old replied: ‘It’s definitely something different but you know you always come back to your roots and you always come back to what you know.’ Jimmy has shown his versatility as a singer and songwriter on two very different collaborations, one with Mi Casa and the other with Pascal & Pearce. It will be interesting to see what direction he takes on this upcoming album.
