The Graduate Systems Engineer position is the technical track for a comprehensive development program called the Cisco Sales Associates Program (CSAP). CSAP is designed for top university graduates from around the world who aspire to become the next generation of Engineers at Cisco. This 12-months program offers a global environment that provides on-the-job training and that will prepare you for a successful Engineering career at Cisco. What will be your responsibilities?
A successful Graduate Systems Engineer will develop strong sales and communications skills, including interpersonal skills, and the understanding of how to position technical solutions that address Customer business concerns. For the first three months of the program, you’ll undergo courses focusing on the latest technology advancements, including Cisco architectures, solutions, products, and competitors. Over the following nine months, you’ll advance into a pre-sales role within the Global Virtual Engineering organization supporting the Cisco sales teams, while continuing certification studies, and virtual learning. Global Virtual Engineering is a multilevel technical presales organization, which provides Systems Engineering services to Customers, Partners, and internal Cisco sales employees in a global virtual networked environment. Upon successful graduation from the Program, you’ll be transitioned into a Systems Engineering role within Cisco, where you can continue to grow your career.
What you need to succeed:

What you need to be eligible:
• You have minimum Bachelor or Master Degree and are graduated prior to the Program’s start date
• You have a Networking, Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or Physics degree or other equivalent disciplines with an emphasis on Software Design preferred. Competencies in data structures, algorithms SW design and object-oriented skills preferred.
You are fluent in English and in the language of the Country you are applying to
• You are able to legally live and work in the Country for which you’re applying, without Visa support or sponsorship (student Visas or Visas obtained on your own are not applicable for the Program)
• You are willing to relocate for minimum 12 Months to London, Amsterdam or Prague for the duration of the training.
• You are willing to return to your Country of application or, depending on Business needs, stay or transfer for the following 12 months to the closest Global Virtual Engineering hub (Cisco will provide relocation and Visa assistance when applicable)
