It’s the same ‘leaky’ mansion Rihanna sold in 2011 after filing a lawsuit claiming the place flooded in a ‘moderate rainstorm.’ On January 7, John Legend and his pregnant wife Chrissy Teigen moved into their $14.1M mansion located in LA’s Beverly Crest neighbourhood.

The excited parents-to-be – who welcome their daughter this spring – are already remodeling the three-storey 8,520-square-foot home. Sitting on an acre – the contemporary property boasts five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a billiard with bar, theater, office, gym, and swimming pool.
