JOB PURPOSE
Handle general queries and escalate them to the relevant department.
Assisting clients as and when required
Inputting information onto the system
Following through to ensure client satisfaction
REQUIREMENTS
– Minimum experience of 1 year in a corporate environment
– Computer Skills
– Matric or equivalent experience required
– Candidates must be able to handle high volumes and meet deadlines
– Inbound Call Centre or relevant experience
