Job description
Bryanston Call Centre is looking for Afrikaans speaking call centre agents on a fixed term basis to conduct telephonic interviews with our key clients.
Requirements
Preferable to have previous Market Research or Call Centre experience.
Ability to work accurately.
Bilingual – be able to speak English and Afrikaans fluently
Ability to conduct interviews in English & Afrikaans & in line with the Company mandatory business rules.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to handle unhappy respondents.
Ability to control a conversation with the respondent
