Job description

Durban Call Centre is looking for Afrikaans speaking call centre agents on a fixed term basis to conduct telephonic interviews with our key clients in both English and Afrikaans.

Requirements

Preferable to have previous market research or call centre experience.

Ability to work accurately.

Bilingual – be able to speak English and Afrikaans fluently

Ability to conduct interviews in Afrikaans and in line with the company mandatory business rules.

Ability to work under pressure.

Ability to handle unhappy respondents.

Ability to control a conversation with the respondent

Advantageous

Excellent communication skills

Excellent telephone manner

Computer literacy – PC keyboard

Good listening skills

Punctuality

Eye for detail

Honesty and integrity
