Key Responsibilities

Fuel Handling and Customer Service

• Accurately apply and monitor fuel quantities for all customers
• Manage cash, card, and account transactions professionally
• Provide friendly and helpful service to enhance the customer experience
• Respond to customer queries in a courteous and efficient manner

Operational Management and Safety

• Capture and monitor fuel stock levels to ensure availability
• Strictly adhere to prescribed fuel control measures
• Follow all relevant safety regulations related to fuel handling
• Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the forecourt and store areas

Performance and Compliance

• Ensure accurate recording of transactions and fuel dispensation
• Apply housekeeping standards consistently to uphold safety and operational efficiency
• Support daily operational processes in line with SSK policies
• Work reliably under pressure while maintaining focus on safety and service quality

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
• Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Accuracy and reliability under pressure
• Commitment to following safety protocols and procedures
