Key Responsibilities
In this exciting opportunity the candidate will be expected (but not limited to) to do the following:
• Arranging and coordinating of all meetings
• Preparation of presentations
• Travel and accommodation arrangements (local & international)
Minimum Requirements
• Secretarial diploma/qualification
• Computer Literate (MS Office package: Advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet)
• Completed Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
• Previous/current experience with regards to preparing presentations
• Proven track record as an Administrative Assistant supporting senior level leadership
• Financial services experience (recommended)

• Proficient in English
• Highly accurate typing ability
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and networking skills
