5* Lodge close to KNP requires the services of an excellent Pastry Chef d’ Partie. The candidate will be responsible for assisting in the running the pastry section of this exclusive lodge. Must have sound knowledge of all pastries, desserts and ice creams / sorbets. Must be eager and hardworking, with excellent management and communication skills. Must have knowledge of HACCP & hygiene standards, stock control, creative and innovative. Matic and a formal qualificationMinimum of 3 years experience in pastryPlease send food portfolio (essential) and a recent picture along with your written references.
