My client requires the services of an Outbound Call Agent (English speaking) to join their team.

Duties include the following, but not limited to:

Calling existing and prospective client and offering them current promotions in a professional manner
Retention of clients
Provide policy/product information to both existing and prospective clients
Follow through on queries and assist in resolution of clients queries in a timely manner
Outbound Sales with daily set KPI that are to be met daily and monthly (dials, claims and Conversions)

Candidate Requirements

Requirements:

Min matric
Excellent English command
Previous call centre experience secures
Must be willing to work weekends, evenings and public holidays

Working hours:

Rotational shifts 24/7/365 including weekends, evening and public holidays

Salary:

R6400 – R7000 Basic plus comm depending on experience and qualifications
