Position Overview
Regent Insurance Company is seeking Telesales Agents to work as Insurance Advisors in the Contact Centre.

Specific Role Responsibilities
– Sell short term insurance products, using sales skills, where solid insurance, technical and product knowledge is required, with people outside of the Organisation, representing the Organisation to customers, brokers and other external sources.
– Achievement of daily, weekly and monthly sales targets and company performance standards.
– Establish and maintain key stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications and Experience
– Grade 12/FETC certificate/NQF Level 4 equivalent skills programme of which 1 must be Mathematics or Maths Literacy or Accounting.
– Clear Credit background.
– Clear Criminal Check.
– Computer Software Operations Experience and Windows literacy.
– Fais.
– RE1.

Skills and Personal Attributes
– Professional telephone etiquette.
– Good influencing and negotiation skills.
