Minimum Requirements
• A valid Grade 12 certificate.
• Fully computer literate.
• Minimum of three (3) year’s experience in a freight handling and warehousing environment.
• Demonstration of mechanical insight in understanding the functioning of the equipment used.
• Sound operational knowledge of warehousing systems and software packages.
• Ability to multitask and priorities work in order to meet deadlines and give accurate responses to both company and clients.
• Clear ITC and criminal checks.
• Finance and Administration
Applying standard operating procedures when handling cargo which shall include the following critical areas:
Ensuring that prior to accepting any business from a client all necessary documentation has been completed and tariffs are updated onto CMS.
• Health, Safety and Environment
Act as HSE representative.
