Remuneration: R10000 – R12000 per month Basic salary

Job description

This position requires an individual with strong work ethics and administrative skills to manage, coordinate and control the vehicle fleet nationally.

Key responsibilities

• Vehicle management, which includes but is not limited to the following responsibilities: tracker checks, vehicle maintenance and accident reporting.
• Vehicle Policy (implementation and update)
• Administrative (vehicle reporting, accommodation booking, filing)
• Route management
• Maintain budget
• Any ad-hoc related duties

Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12
• Computer literate on MS Office – (Word, Excel, internet/email)
• Knowledge and experience in working with tracker systems
• Degree or diploma in Fleet Management or Office Administration would be an advantage
• Minimum of two to three years’ fleet administration/controller experience
• Minimum of one to three years’ administration experience
• Valid driver’s licence with own reliable transport
