Job Description

Toyota’s graduate programme focuses on developing talented individuals for positions requiring a high level of technical and managerial responsibility. Graduates in the Communications discipline, who are serious about developing and advancing their careers are invited to apply.

Key Job Functions

The graduate trainee programme is a two-year programme, based at Toyota Marketing offices in Sandton and Atlas premises. The programme is comprised of initial training and orientation, as well as leadership training and plant rotation (where applicable). Further classroom and rigorous on-the-job training follows on placement in a specific department, with support from a direct supervisor and mentors.

Qualifications and Experience

Applicants must be in final year of study or have a completed qualification in one of the following:

National Diploma or BTech or Bachelors degree in Communications
(Qualifications must be obtained by December 2014)
Must be Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Word)

Additional Information
