Requirements:

• Degree / N. Diploma in Projects/Operations Management or equivalent
• Certified copy ID document
• Certified copy of matric certificate
• Have Exceptional Academic Record
• Analytical and pay attention to detail skills

Key Responsibilities:

• To analyse the units production efficiencies, people productivity, and overall capacity of the production facility to ensure optimum performance of product specification, cost, service levels and working capital.
• Ensure the safety (human and food) and quality standards are maintained at all times,
• Drive and support zero loss culture initiatives on the shop floor,
• Drive, support and achieve productivity targets,
• Generate productivity ideas and drive implementation.

To qualify for selection and participation in this programme, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Sound communication skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Ability to cope with the inherent physical demands of the position
• Willing and able to work extended hours
• Must be willing, able and committed to enter into and complete the 12 month internship programme
