Vacancy: Payroll Officer

Job Details
  • Manage subcontractor accounts and relationships effectively
  • Reconcile invoices and supporting documentation for subcontractors
  • Provide remittance advice for subcontractors
  • Ensure deductions and advances are actioned
  • Assistance with standard creditors as and when required
  • Manage payroll administration accurately and timeously
  • Administration of salaries & wages
  • Reconciliation and submission of monthly payroll taxes
  • Reconciliation and submission of IRP5’s

Candidate Requirements

  • Matric with a Bookkeeping or relevant qualification
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a payroll position
  • Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Pastel, Pastel Payroll, SAP, Easy File)
  • Proven people skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Good organization and planning skills
