Vacancy: Payroll Officer
Job Details
- Manage subcontractor accounts and relationships effectively
- Reconcile invoices and supporting documentation for subcontractors
- Provide remittance advice for subcontractors
- Ensure deductions and advances are actioned
- Assistance with standard creditors as and when required
- Manage payroll administration accurately and timeously
- Administration of salaries & wages
- Reconciliation and submission of monthly payroll taxes
- Reconciliation and submission of IRP5’s
Candidate Requirements
- Matric with a Bookkeeping or relevant qualification
- At least 2 years’ experience in a payroll position
- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, Pastel, Pastel Payroll, SAP, Easy File)
- Proven people skills
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
- Good organization and planning skills
