Vacancy: Catering Manager
Job Details
- Take full responsibility
- lead and motivate a team of staff
- maintain operational controls in line with budgetary requirements
- Train and develop team of staff
- Ensure quality of preparations, presentation and service is up to Fedics standards
- Proactively manage the Q-pro & OSHACT compliance of this unit
- Ensure all Fedics policies and procedures are complied with
- Daily HR & IR issues
- Liaise with clients on a daily basis and oversee customers service
- responsible for all functions
- Management of all administration, finances, debtors, budgets , etc.
- Organise, prepare &co-ordinate upmarket functions
- Process the Fedics paperwork
- Compile & understands weekly monthly P & L
- Relationship building with the client and customers on a daily basis (essential )
- Ensure purchasing & sales controls are in place & working
- Excellent food skills
- Must be able to work long hours and over the weekends should there be a need
Candidate Requirements
Minimum requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years catering Manager experience essential
- My Market and minute essential
- Must be strong in functions and administration
