Toyota: Chemical Engineering Graduate Trainee
Toyota’s graduate programme comprises of six modules, the first of which involves three weeks of initial training and orientation, leadership training and then three months of plant rotation (where applicable).
Further classroom and rigorous on-the-job training follows on placement in a specific department, with support from a direct supervisor and mentors.
Qualifications and Experience
Applicants must be in final year of study or have a completed qualification in one of the following:
- National Diploma or BSC or BTECH in Chemical Engineering
- Qualifications must be obtained by December 2014)
- Must be Computer literate (MS Office, Excel, Word)

Additional Information
Graduates will receive a monthly market related salary, monetary car allowance, medical aid,provident fund, 13th cheque, study assistance and a subsidised canteen allowance.
