SWITCHBOARD OPERATOR T.A.S.K LEVEL 6
CORRESPONDENCE DEPARTMENT

Purpose of the job: To operate a switchboard system by relaying incoming, outgoing and inter office calls.
Key Performance Areas
• Answer all incoming calls on a daily basis.
• Screen calls in a tactful manner.
• Direct Calls to relevant departments
• Handle technical queries pertaining to the telephone system when need arises.
• Arrange international call for employee when need arises
Qualifications & Experience
• Minimum Matric.
• Computer literacy in MS Office, Word and Excel e essential.
• Preferably minimum 2 years experience.
Technical and Behavioral Competencies required
• Excellent telephone etiquette.
• Good Interpersonal Skills.
• Good Communication Skills.
Remuneration
The cost to company minimum package applicable to this position is R138 170.00per annum and will be negotiable commensurate with experience
