Nurse Training Opportunity at MediClinic
Mediclinic’s has private higher education institution formal programmes offering training in nursing to obtain a certificate as an enrolled nurse. Applications are on so make sure you have all the documents you need.
Formal programmes will commence in January 2015 for a duration of two years to provide learners with the appropriate knowledge and skills needed to perform fundamental nursing care at a level that will qualify them for SANC registration.

Formal programmes will commence according to Mediclinic hospital needs and vacancies
Programme Objective:
To provide learners with the appropriate knowledge and skills needed to perform fundamental nursing care at a level that will qualify them for SANC registration.
Programme duration and Programme time table
Two years for the Certificate: Enrolled Nurse.
The following documents will be required as soon as the application system opens:
1. You must be a RSA citizen
2. You should not currently be registered at the SA Nursing Council (SANC)
3. The application fee is non-refundable
4. No late, incomplete or unclear applications will be processed. No exceptions.
5. We do not accept any responsibility for faxes or postage that was delayed or incorrectly delivered
Applicants will also undergo psychometric testing, an interview and health assessment. You may have to travel to the nearest approved learner centre for theoretical instructions.
Fees and funding
Successful applicants will be employed by Mediclinic (Pty) Ltd, which funds the programme for its employees. Learners are responsible for the cost of any prescribed and recommended books. Other institutions requesting training for their employees will be invoiced prior to programme commencement.
Contract
Mediclinic (Pty) Ltd Private Higher Education Institution graduates will sign a contract to work back double the length of the programme completed. If a learner does not complete the programme successfully, he or she will be liable for programme and administration costs.
