Successful candidates will receive training and will essentially be required to interact with clients and introduce them to the property development on offer. This is a fast-paced environment and employees are expected to perform to target.

COMPLETED DEGREE
DRIVER’S LICENCE (Company vehicles will be used)
CANDIDATES MUST CURRENTLY LIVE IN CLOSE PROXIMITY TO BALLITO
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK 5 DAYS A WEEK, INCLUDING SOME WEEKENDS
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Receiving calls from potential clients, setting up appointments and meeting walk-in clients to provide information on property developments
– Providing tours of the sites
– Advising clients of details pertaining to the company
– Referring business to sales department
– Creating sales leads for further business
REQUIREMENTS:
– 1-2 years’ work experience preferred
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Strong administrative skills
– High energy levels
REMUNERATION:
– Basic salary of R6000 + target-based incentives
