Front Desk Receptionist/ Secretary Job

Our client requires the service of a Front Desk Receptionist. Only South African citizens, who are suitably qualified and meet the requirements of the position are eligible to apply for this vacancy.

The company requires a well groomed professional receptionist. To energetically attend to all clients inquiries, directing visitors to appropriate contacts, answering incoming calls, and arranging appointments for guests to meet with relevant company staff.

Requirements:

•Matric / Grade 12 certificate
•Minimum of 2 years experience
•Valid drivers license and own vehicle is essential
•Has to be computer literate with Microsoft Office especially Word and Excel
•Must have the ability to provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
•Will be responsible for daily banking
•Collecting Mail
•Taking invoices to clients
•Proficient administration skills
•Effective data capturing skills
•Ability to efficiently perform all filing duties
•Good communication skills written and verbal
•Fluent in English, Afrikaans and an African Language
•Excellent telephonic etiquette
•The successful candidate should have excellent people skills, a confident and happy approach when dealing with the clients, patience and understanding
