Your perfect start: as a Graduate Trainee with the BMW Group. BMW South Africa offers motivated graduates within Engineering, Information Technology and Commerce discipline the opportunity to join the company on a 24-month fixed term placement.
If you like working in teams and are prepared to take on responsibility, there are attractive tasks and individual assignments waiting for you. Your personal mentor, an experienced manager, will be on hand to support you in finding a professional direction that is right for you and will guide you to develop your individual strengths.
Our focus will be Industrial, Supply Chain & Logistics, Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Disciplines. Within commerce discipline our focus will be Marketing, Communications and Business Management.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in the relevant field of study
- A Post Graduate Degree is highly advantageous
- Less than 2 years work experience
- Computer literacy
- Dynamic and adaptable
- A keen intellectual ability
- Fluentcy in English
- SA Citizenship is required
