Vacancy: Personal Assistant

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Screening of calls
  • Liaising with internal colleagues and customers
  • Diary Management
  • Manage and arrange meetings and appointments and prepare all necessary documentation for meetings
  • Taking minutes at meetings
  • Typing of documentation, letters, proposals, etc.
  • Manage database
  • Admin management

Skills, Requirements and Experience:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Secretarial Qualification advantageous
  • At least 3 years previous secretarial experience
  • Attention to detail
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good organisational and time management skills
  • Proficient English communication skills
  • Computer literate: MS Office Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook

Salary Range R9 – R12,000 pm plus company benefits.
