Vacancy: Data Capturer

Well established Optometrist based in Rosebank is urgently in the need of a Data Capture / Front Shop Assistant for capturing client data bases, and capturing filing information databases. Assisting walk-in customers, booking appointments, answering phones, faxing, emails etc.

Requirements:

• Must have Matric.
• Must be computer literate. (MS Office: Word, Excel & Outlook Express)
• Must be fluent in English.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail required.
• Knowledge of Data Capturing an advantage.
• Must have excellent communication & people skills.
• Good Phone Manners.
• Must be able to use own initiative.
• Must be able to work under pressure.

Working Hours: Monday – Friday: 9am – 4pm. No weekends.

Salary Offered: R6000 – R7000 per month.
