CREDITORS CLERK – (3 Months Contract)

PINELANDS, CT

R14-16K per month

3 Months contract

MUST ESSENTIALLY BE AVAILABLE IMMEDIATELY

REQUIREMENTS:

• Matric (Grade 12) essential
• Minimum of 3 years creditors experience
• Experience working for an NPO or funded projects
• Pastel experience essential
• Systematic, organized individual with the ability to negotiate pricing and payment terms
• Fully computer literate
• Be a reliable, responsible, proactive and hardworking individual
• Must be a South African National

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for the full creditors function up to Financial Statements
• Creditor’s reconciliations and weekly/monthly payments
• Assisting with Cash Books, EFT Payments and Deposits
• Preparing monthly journals
• Preparation for and assisting with the company’s annual audit
• Liaising and negotiating with suppliers
• Timeous query resolution
• Invoicing and ad hoc assistance with financial administration
• Various ad hoc reconciliations

• Assistance with General Office Admin and Filing
