Vacancy: Compliance Officer
The main purpose of the position is to assist the company, a stock broking equity member, with the administrative activities in order to ensure the implementation of relevant regulatory requirements and to provide overall administrative support.
• Record keeping and maintenance of records, processes and monitoring outcomes.
• Gather and check relevant documentation and information.
• Identification of missing documentation and the ability to drive the necessary action.
• To ensure that client identification and verification requirements in terms of FICA is complied with.
• Liaising with SS Front Office, Middle Office and Back Office.
• Administrative activities in order to ensure the implementation of relevant regulatory requirements and to provide overall administrative support.
EXPERIENCE
2 years administration experience.
Computer literacy (MS Office)
FICA knowledge
