Tbo Touch Takes the Legal Route After Being Accused of Not Paying A Service Provider

Tbo Touch Takes the Legal Route After Being Accused of Not Paying A Service Provider. Just a couple of hours ago, Tbo Touch was dragged on social media regarding his successful Replenishment Concert. The concert which had local Gospel giants take on the stage took place on Saturday the 22 October 2022 at Supersports Park in Centurion.

Almost two months later, one of the service providers has taken to Twitter to air his grievances. Peace Maphalu was doing marketing for the show, but is yet to be paid his full dues. Providing evidence, he shared a thread of how Touch’s company has been playing cat and mouse with him for weeks now.

Immediately after seeing the tweets Touch went the legal route to deal with the matter. The veteran media personality and entrepreneur served influencer Peace with a legal letter over what his attorneys labelled defamatory tweets. He also stated that he hired 42 suppliers, all of which have been fully paid. Touch added that he doesn’t know Peace and has never met him at that.

The good news is that the two parties have managed to solve their issue amicably. Peace has just shared a statement on Twitter in which he stated that they have resolved the dispute that they have. It turns out that the problem lies with the 3rd party, who did not pay Peace as it was required.

Touch has assured Peace that he will deal with the 3rd party himself. Peace also said going forward his company and Touch HD will continue working together in future projects. He thanked everyone for their support and wished Touch HD all the best with their future endeavors.
