Vacancy: Call Centre Quality Assurers

Requirements

  • Matric (grade 12).
  • Min 12 months in a sales call centre environment.
  • Min 6-12 months experience as a Quality Assurer.
  • Computer Literate.

Job Specification

  • Assess all agents according to specific requirements.
  • Report on agent and campaign performance with regards to outcomes, results and trends.
  • Provide QA briefing or training as required.
  • Conduct and complete investigations as requested, within the turnaround times.
  • Ensure client requirements are fulfilled as per SLA agreement. 

Salaries range from R10,000 to R15,000 per month.
