Responsibilities

•  Creating and facilitating new features required by our client and providing support to other role players in the system development lifecycle

• Problem solving and diagnostic work
•  Creating specifications for smaller User Requirement for new features required by clients
•  Involvement in functional design sessions with the development teams
•  Taking responsibility during the development life cycle to resolve any business related issues
